6. Precautions for use
6-1:The motor should be carefully and gently placed during transportation and handling to avoid damage to the motor body and performance caused by collision and knocking.
6-2: The motor should be stored at room temperature and humidity (25℃, 65%RH) in a ventilated environment to prevent moisture and chemical corrosion (Note: for more than 6 months, the internal spindle will oxidize and rust is normal.
It is normal to see rust stains on the internal spindle after 6 months, and it is still considered as a qualified product if it does not affect the performance)
6-3: Don’t block the shaft often after the power is connected. Welding should be done within 5 seconds to avoid damaging the terminals or wires.
7. Remarks
7-1:This specification is for engineering sample confirmation. Large-scale production will be performed according to this sample confirmation standard. After sample confirmation, please make sure to sign and return it.
7-2: If the sample is not signed and returned within 3 working days after the sample is confirmed, we will confirm the sample by default when we receive the order from the user.
8. Product packaging standards
8-1:Packing according to a layer of six motors, a cardboard box put two layers, two layers need to be staggered stacked, the first layer shaft facing up, the second layer shaft facing down, and the uppermost layer needs to pad a layer of cardboard.
